Ecosystem development for car owners
Project Goal
Create a cohesive ecosystem for ongoing interaction between the bank and the customer through a microservices-based omnichannel automotive platform. This platform should cover every step of the user's journey, starting from car exploration and selection, through car loan acquisition, all the way to the purchase, technical maintenance, insurance, loyalty programs, and more.
Solution
In collaboration with the customer, the RGSB team has developed a convenient and multifunctional ecosystem for motorists based on the bank's infrastructure:
- We designed and created an omnichannel microservice IT platform that encompasses six different channels.
- We integrated more than eight systems, including the Unified Identification and Authentication System (ЕСИА), the System of Interdepartmental Electronic Interaction (СМЭВ), the Unified Biometric System (ЕБС), and dealer portals.
- We integrated multi-role personal accounts for car owners, dealers, administrators, and bank clients.
- We ensured a high level of fault tolerance (up to 10 million active users) and security within the digital ecosystem.

What we did
- Car showcase, with a convenient car search filter and selection

- Integration of online banking within the marketplace
- Integration with dealer centers in 15 cities with a population of over a million (43 brands), updating information about cars in online mode
- Car catalog with detailed information (including photographs, technical specifications, prices, exchange options, lending and car insurance)
