OTP Bank is a universal credit institution offering a wide range of banking services and products for corporate and private clients. Based on the customer profile and the product portfolio, we designed the Internet and Mobile bank. The interface design system we adapted includes the best practices of Russian FinTech projects.
We paid special attention to the availability of products and personal offers from any section of the Internet bank, which are located on the left panel and have a separate scroll. Micro-interaction with system and a smooth interface improves the user experience and brings only positive emotions to client.
The design of mobile apps is consistent with the desktop version and coincide both with design and approach to structure and navigation. Dashboard invites you to select any of the products from one menu and go to a separate page to complete the operation and receive information on a personal account, card or deposit.
Product pages has a single structure for displaying information and navigating additional sections. Information on product balances and basic conditions is immediately visible on the product title card. Product identification is delivered through a graphic card with an image. We created a unique design for bank cards; for loans, accounts and deposits pictograms were made in the same style. For payments and transfers, we designed a UI form constructor that allows to implement a payment form with any type and number of fields.
As a result of the project, more than a hundred screens and dozens of user scenarios were worked out. All CustDev requirements from the bank's business unit were taken into account for the product pages. The project is still in progress, we continue to improve it, receiving new data and feedback from real users, we implement new functionality and participate in the project development.
